Hi Sweetie, just read your msg on the moaning thread (yes I had a moan too). What the hell happened? If its what I think then you should bloody well make a complaint! 
I am off today, promised my mentor I would work, I am aiming to finish reflective aspect today and complete theory tomorrow. So far have managed 1000 words of reflective. God cant believe we have to go through all this again
