Are/were you a teenage mum - dissertation help needed!

I am doing a Masters in Child Welfare and my thesis topic is based on teenage pregnancy (19 or under giving birth).

I am looking for anyone prepared to fill out a short questionnaire who has experience of teen pregnancy (whatever the outcome) Obviously the information will be anonymous.

i was a teenage mum. i was 14 when i fell pregnant and 15 when i had dd1.
i now have 3 dd's and will be more than happy to help.
