How do I treat cradle cap??????

My 6 week old DD has developed this. Any advice??

DD is 6 months and her's has just started bothering her or at least I think the constant scratching at her scalp means it is. I tried olive oil which softened it, picked at the bits starting to flake and used a tiny tiny amount of head and shoulders which has lifted a little more but not a lot.

I have resigned myself to just combing flakes out as they come away.
