i want to know if the safe 2 go car seat tilt back facility can only be used when on the chassis or when in the car as well. i know with the traveller seats that lie completely flat they have to be upright in the car but im not sure for the safe 2 go one which just tilts back. also has anyone used a 3 rider on the bus?

rang mothercare and they confirmed what i thought - it is only for use on the chassis. apparently all the myths of not being able to use them on the bus are wrong - they will fit but obviously it is a bit more tight than the conventional buggy. i guess the problem would be if you had to fold it down cos they are heavy to lift but that happens rarely.

you can take them on a bus, but, its a very tight fir, and near impossible for another pram to fit on, in central london, the bus drivers dont allow it on as its too big. at at least on the routes i use!
