Hi all

DH and I are just starting the adoption process.

We have had our medicals because of an earlier health prob - all now ok and the medicals fine.

Anyway we've got DS twins aged 6 so adopted child would be number 3.

Ive read absolutely loads on the issues etc of adoption but now just thinking about the practicalities. (Its something we are going to cover as part of the home study.)

Are we mad? Anyone had 3 children and really wishe youd stuck with two? Im determined to go into this with my eyes open - rather than just blindly following a dream.

Kizziex

PS. Cant help it - im really excited

I'd say if you think you're ready for a third kid go for it. How old would the kid be?

I'm a 'two's enough' person though I've got 2 little monsters. Also found it hard after dd was finally getting a bit more independent having ds who of course was totally dependent again...
