Advise on three year old coming into our room very early and getting into bed

Our ds has always been an early waker but we have worked hard to get him to the point where he wakes from 0630. We have just had no2 and no1 started waking in the night and screaming in panic, we gave him some slack due to new brother but he has now got into the habit of coming in early doors and getting into our bed, wriggling and waking up no2, it is getting earlier and earlier and I am shattered, I can cope with a baby waking up in the night but when combined with ds waking us all up early I am struggling. The kid clock worked but he has figured out how to change it to the 'waking' picture and so changes it and announces that it's wakey time. HELP

It depends whether your priority is to do the right thing and make DS1 stay in his bed or to make sure everyone gets some sleep.
When we had this scenario DH went in the spare room and dealt with DS1 while I had the baby. Then some of us got sleep. It was a long term arrangement though.

I think that I want both, I am happy to do the hard yards early if it makes life easy in the long run, I want him to stay in bed as that will give us sleep in the long run. We have dh in the spare room a fair aunt but ds1 won't go to him and just wants to be in bed with me which is rather dull, largely due to my dh weekly commuting for nearly two years and a tour in Afghanistan so I have been the constant in his life. I am about to resort to putting his clock on but out of his reach and bribing him with treats if he manags to stay in bed, I'm that desperate

Get 2 double mattresses and shove them on the floor next to each other. Then there's room for everyone :) (have you read "The Biggest Bed in the World"?!)
