My sister has a 5 month old and is thinking about using these. I haven't any experience of them myself (used terries, ME and tots bots - but gave them all away!).

Anyone used them and what are they like?

Where does she live????

Can you get her to make friends with a pregnant woman using disposables, and send me her free set???

Hehe good idea! We're near Glasgow and Tots Bots are made up here.

I thought it was an excellent deal!

My council think they are being forward thinking by taking our paper away for recycling

(Just paper... nothing else...)

Hmmm, we have more bins out our back than we know what to do with!

I don't understand how councils can have such different priorities

I liked my Bambino mios - once I'd ditched the wraps and bought some 'Super Whisper' ones from the Nappy Lady. The wraps could then go through the same 60 degree wash as the nappies which made life easier.

I did however switch to large FuziBunz (stuffed with my existing prefolds) and Bumbles for night once ds became mobile as the prefolds no-longer stayed in place.

Second time around I've got the prefolds out again but have just ordered some TotBots for night use.

I love bambino mio, have used them on my baby for 5 months with no problem, yes they leak sometimes with a really bad poo, but so do disposables. They are good valve and very easy to use, they are a lot bigger then disposables but this is not a problem, they wash at 60c and i find that they dry over night in a warm room, I don't tumble dry as they go to soft. They are easy to make up, i make a few up at a time so they are ready to go, the poo goes down the loo on the liner and i keep the cotton bit in a plastic bin until we have a enough for a wash.

OK when ds3 was little but only use as stuffing for fuzzi bunz/wonderoos now. Ds3 is a bit Harry Houdini at the moment so I prefer nappies to go on all in one piece

Misdee, thanks for that link, was wondering where to find folds for terries!
