What ere your first time parent mistakes?

I know you have to learn by your own mistakes and all that, but thought it would be a interesting question ... So, what mistakes do you feel you made with your first that you didn't (or wouldn't) with a second? What would you do differently with hindsight?

Spent loads of time feeding and rocking dd1 to sleep and the had to do sleep training later on as it took longer and longer each time. Dd2 falls asleep on her own at 10 weeks as I haven't done it this time.
Don't forget babies will always sleep when they want too and you can't make them when u need them too
Oh and trust your instincts. You don't need a thermometer to measure if the bath is the right temperature. Put your hand in and if it is comfortably warm it's fine
