Bi-lingual DP has finally started to teach DS French...

...and I'm not sure I like it! The way it works is that DS has the Good knights, and DP is William the Conqeror and the Baddies, and speaks french, and as battle commences, they exchange insults and bloodthirsty threats in French!!

I've been nagging DP to speak french to DS for ages. You can't win, can you?

Or am I over-reacting

maybe you can suggest he adds more run of the mill stuff as well, you know, books, songs, etc...

Yes, we have plenty of those!

I am just dreading an outbreak of anti-french xenophobia, or ds displaying his range of insults when they do french at nursery!

I think this method of teaching french to boys should be adopted nationwide. Can you imagine the upsurge in boy's performance at GCSE. Better than singing Sur Le Pont while dancing in a circle, Fothertington-tomas style.
