He fell asleep all nice and easily at 7, by half 9 I was just making myself a quick dinner and planning an early night, then he woke up, I tried all my usual tricks of trying to convince him it really is night time but nothing worked (he was hungry despite eating all of his dinner).

So now I'm still awake even though I will have to be up at 6 and then somehow have to concentrate for a 3 hour exam at 9.30. It's not like I can even use this time to get some more last minute revision in as I'm so tired I just can't decipher academic texts any more.

And now I'm hungry again but the thought of making food is not appealing to me as it's going to take ages. So just hoping I can manage to get up at 6 in time for some breakfast.

Why does he have to pick TONIGHT?

Thanks Proles :) Sorry I didn't reply last night. I think it went okay in the end!
