There doesn't seem to be much around for this age group. It's either the Disney Princess/Peppa Pig/Cbeebies type or teenage stuff.

What do your dds of this age read if anything? I don't buy comics very often, just an occasional treat. My dds are not really into pop music/celebrity stuff either, what would you recommend?

Is she on Moshi Monster? My DDs love the Moshi magazine (age 7 & 9)

Another vote for Aquila.

Or join the Puffin Club - the magazine is good, and you get free books, cuddly puffin, code book, etc. Sniffup?

Doctor Who Adventures and The Beano (she's pushing for Star Girl instead, but it's unspeakable, so I think I'm going to veto unless she buys with her own pocket money).

Hi there. I'm an Australian author with children's books available to download on Amazon UK. Adventure stories for girls and boys. I write under the name Susan Aardvark and want to advertise in an appropriate magazine. I'm often kindly referred to as a modern day Enid Blyton. I have several series coming out this year. Can anyone advise me on where I should advertise?
