I am the same today SPB.

Took them out yesterday after school - lovely afternoon.

Brought them home, spent time doing arty crafty arty farty stuff I'd rather stick pins in my eyes

And today they NEEED this and that and the other and they can't come and ASK they have to YELL from upstairs MUUUUUUUUUUUUUM

Oh and I'm a single parent so it's just me.

Brew and Biscuit?

slimmingsarahandco · 14/05/2011 11:12

sounds like my house this morning too! cannot wait for dh to get homw from work at 1pm so i can escape!

StealthPolarBear · 14/05/2011 11:52

:( busters
On another thread I have been arguing with people who say it's easier being a LP than having a DH!
Hope your day has got better

Well calm is restored here, DD has been asleep since 10 (ooh better wake her) obviously was exhausted after bad nioght, DS is back and I am enjoying what I believe is called "quality time" with him.#
He has drawn a picture or a grumpy DH holding my hand, but he has drawn me little because I was little when I was born but I have a big head because he can't draw little head (obviously, that would just be stupid) [confised] :o

Off to wake screamy I think

Is it the change in weather or something?? I'm about to drag take my 2 (3 and 5) to the shopping centre just to get out of the house cos they are driving me BONKERS! They've just gone and got 2 coathangers from upstairs and started belting each other with them :( I've got to get out of here! Saturday is normally my "day off" too, but DH is working an extra shift :( He'd better give me a lie-in tomorrow, that's all I'm going to say!

StealthPolarBear · 14/05/2011 12:14

back to normal DD crying and DS whining

Sorry you are having a tough time stealth. It's all hard to deal with when you are tired too. I have been teetering on the knife edge of insanity this week and been planning my escape fantasies when up with dd2 at 3am!

StealthPolarBear · 14/05/2011 23:31

Thanks Bumper
Sorry to hear you are having a tough time :(
