Where to find a German speaker/group in West Sussex for DS?

We have just returned to the UK to live after almost five years in southern Germany. DS, who will be five in June, is fluent and we desperately want to keep him that way. Any suggestions/tips for achieving this gratefully received. As he has just started school I am thinking along the lines of finding a native speaker, perhaps a student, to come and just play and chat with him for an hour a week or something rather than formal lessons at this stage.

There are several German Saturday Schools throughout the UK, which take bilingual children. Maybe there is one near you?
