Hello all- I have three young sons and have no idea what to buy my two neices who are 12 and 14, for Christmas. Last year I bought them a load of what I thought was cool, hip stationery but they sort of just looked at it . I want to buy them something that they like. I don't see them very often (once a year at most) so don't really know them. What do you think girls this age would think 'cool'?

To be honset at this age they want to be up on the latest trends fashion and hair wise.

They may be arent the crafty types if they wernt keen on the stationary, so may be NO to jewellery making sets , so howsa bout some lovely bracelets like accesorise stuff, from Claires accessoires may be , as you can buy quite a few peices for not too much money.
Top shop do some fun bits and peices too , sequin scarves or bling for bags!!! Not sure quite what yuor neices are like.

If they aren't arty types they would probably appreciate a Boots voucher

i was going to suggest a voucher for maybe claires or new look maybe. presents i got from relatives i didn't see when i was younger used to end up in the wardrobe as they didn't really interest me. dd1 recieved a fimble watch last year (she was 6), and it was far too babyish, and such a waste of money.

Price range £20-£25

I've just wimped out of a proper decision on my 13 yo neice's present by buying a topshop voucher card.
