Device to stop a child from getting their arms out of a car seat

I've seen someone with an extra strap that goes round the seat belts but higher up than the lap belt which stops the child from getting their arms out but I've searched online and can't find anything like that. Do any of you know of something like this which will help solve this problem?

Not at all, he prefers it to his old one with the harness - he used to struggle to get out of it all the time. He loves this one, not had any problems getting him to sit in it and let me do it up.

God, wish I'd known about that houdini thing 2 years ago with DS1. I used to end up tying my scarf around the straps!

There's also a new thing called 5 point plus. I'm on my phone so can't do links but Google will throw it up.
