Anyone else find it difficult to tighten the straps on the Maxi Cosi Tobi carseat?

Or is it just me? Sorry wasn't sure where to post this, but we have only had the carseat for a week and it is hurting my back each time I tighten it, just wandering if I had missed something or if anyone had had the same experience? Thanks!

I do find it really hard to pull it tight, yes. I also found that even when the indicator was green, it was still too loose.

Easier if you pull it tight over the shoulders first and then pull the single strap iyswim.

I've got the Priori fix (3 of them) not the Tobi but I can't bloody wait till dd is out of it, I cannot bear it. You need to have muscles like a docker to tighten the straps in any way, then they're still too loose and they loosen even more when dd moves about. I hate hate hate hate hate hate this seat.

Yes, wish I'd gotten something else now TBH. When it is dark out it's next to impossible to see the indicator anyway!

It's definitely easier when seat is in the upright position. When it's reclined it is much harder.

Can't bear Tobi. Was seduced by it but straps a nightmare. Another one to go through it then never to be seen again.
