Two mornings of 4.45am wake ups to complete assignment before school run/washing/hoover etc. and then hauling over to Uni for lectures. I am knackered. Essay to complete today - if you see me on MumsNet - NAG ME

Um, I set the nap timer on my phone for 20 minutes and then Do Not move from my desk until it goes off. If I am on a roll (haha) I reset it, otherwise I get up and do something else (like have a fag, or snack, or tidying) for 10 mins and then go back.
As it is short bursts if it is really dull I know it won't be long before I can stop for a sec, plus the stopping helps as I am normally still thinking a bit about it so can go back with refreshed ideas

Finished. Essay to go. I do it in long long hits. Started at 4.45am and have just finished one 500 word piece (don't laugh). Got a 1000 word essay to finish. I loose my train of thought if I don't do it in one hit. Then the pressure is off and I go back to it over the next few days to rewrite it. oh my back aches.

Ours are now called ETMAs. I wish they wouldnt do that. It confuses me. I have just put the baby to bed and came on here until he drops off. I was then going to do a bit of studying. Baby has been asleep for at least half and hour and here i still am

I have my first ETMA due (the first for five years) 22 march. Eeeeek.
