I usually snarl 'HOW LONG have you known this?'

Answer: '4 years and 3 months but I FORGOT and it's NOT my FAULT!'

At which point I ram the desired article (or as close as I can get) in to their outstreched, grasping little paw and go to work in a really good mood to deal with my colleagues' incessant requests!

Have thrown 2 tin cans, some bolts, an old whisk and a sherry lid into the bag.

i don't even want to KNOW what that says about me and my parenting.

Love 2 things:

That you've A. given a selection which your DC can then farm out to friends who have forgotten Grin and B. that you've included a sherry lid. Gin would have been REALLY cool.
