Has anyone else started a more Waldorf/Steinery way of parenting "later" in their DCs childhood? I guess I've always espoused a vaguely hippyish parenting style, so it's not as if I've radically switched my way of parenting, but I do feel a bit more purposeful and confident about it all. (NB...a BIT...I still spend far too much time tearing my hair out
).
Anyway, I just feel a bit sad that in some ways I'm going to give the DSes a gentler / nicer??/better?? early childhood than I gave DD. But maybe that's par for the course as a parent, and generally the younger DCs gain from their parents' learning curves?
