I've got the big book of things to spot but am worried it's too young for a 5 year old girl.

Help!!

My 5 yr old ds loves them, dd 7 like to help him too. - Unless she's super clever I would go with it.

Is that the Usborne one? In which case it is probably perfect for age 5 - younger ones would need more help. The 1001 things to spot books are good for a little older, I think, as you need to be able to read a lot more.

I would have said 5 was the lower age limit for them, personally.

I can't do them at all!
(but i'm rubbish at that)

I think they're aimed at 5-8s
