Mothers Help or Nanny - what has worked for you?

I'm expecting my third baby at the end of October - my other children will then be 4 and 5. As I am going to have a caesarean, will be in hospital for 5 days and unable to drive for 6 weeks we need to find regular help. We have no family who can help and my husband runs his own company and it is his busiest time of the year so he can't get involved in the school runs and there is just so much you can ask friends to do. We're thinking we're going to have to get a mothers help or part-time nanny just to cover for the times that the boys are home from nursery and school including picking-up, feeding, bathing etc. We don't want to have anyone living in and only want help for three months. We live near Guildford in Surrey - does anyone know any good agencies in this area and has anyone had similar experiences they could share.
