DC4 due in Feb, and bump now starting to me fairly visible. DD2 (3) asking lots of uestions, DD1 (5) I thought I had done a good job of explaining how babies are born until I realised she thought it all happened through one's tummy button! Blush Obviously worse teacher than I thought.

Can anyone recommend appropriate book; most of the ones I've skimmed in library focus on Mummy going off to hospital in night and coming back with a new baby. I want one more on babies growing in tummy and being born, perhaps at home.

Please, any recommendations?

we've got 'a house inside my mummy' and 'where willy went'. I'm not at home so i can't look yup the authors but my DS is 3 and likes them.

He asked me about how a baby gets out and I told him that I will push it out of a hole between my legs! That has sufficed, no more questions. I find if I skirt round things he just asks more and more!

He has asked how they get in there, and I said that Daddy gives mummy a sperm and mummy has an egg and together they ake a baby. He hasn't got into mechanics yet.... Blush Grin

'A house inside my mummy' is quite sweet and funny - my DD liked it a lot, aged 3.

I third House inside my mummy - popular both before and after with DS (3) and DD (2).
