Ok, I'm creating a How to Talk crib sheet, who wants a copy?

I've got How to Talk out from the library but it needs to go back soon. I first read it when DD was about 18 months but it was harder to put into practice then.

Now she is three we need some coping strategies, but I find it's really easy to forget what the book says so I am creating a crib sheet of the main lessons and putting it in a Word doc.

Does anyone want a copy? It's not finished yet, but shouldn't take me too long, I'm skim reading the book to do it.

If you want a copy email me or leave your email here for me. It's bumperlicious . mn @ hotmail . co .uk

have emailed you, thanks!

FlopemOut · 25/08/2010 19:03

Ooh yes please. I just was just the other day that a crib sheet for HTT would be great for the time-poor-shouty-rich mummy that I am!
floppingemout @ gmail.com. Thank you.

Thank you so much- these sheets are a brilliant summary of the book.

Good idea to have the fridge size sheet as well!!

Bumper!

I gathered you'd finished work - I searched for you on here yesterday, I figured you'd have mentioned it if you'd started mat leave now. Phew, yes? I shall be back into the loop a week tomorrow. And what a loop ...

Anyway, can I have an email? Here's a test for your pregnancy-brain - my email is firstnamemsurname @ yahoo . co . uk ... so you just have to wrack your brains, remember my RL name, stick my middle initial (M) in, and you've got it. :o

(I genuinely want the crib, as 6 is farking hard work you know, but we can also keep in touch via a medium other than thread hijacks)

Bumper I emailed you yesterday or the day before, hope you got it ... I've gone off-piste anyway, re-read the first chapter or two of HTT and 'done' it today to DD. Has been excellent although I feel like I've had an easy ride - but maybe that was BECAUSE of it, and there were situations that could have kicked off otherwise?

Bumperlicious · 27/08/2010 21:11

Hi DCMB, I did get your email, am about to send you the crib sheet. Glad today was good, I need to take my own advice. Was a bad mummy to DD today. Took her swimming and paid £6 for new arm bands seeing as we could only find one, haulled my fat arse down there and she spent half an hour sat on the steps refusing to come in while I sat and shivered not being able to move away from her.

Instead of being sympathetic and trying to engage her co-operation I persisting with varying hisses of 'we're never coming swimming again', 'I'll bring the new baby on my own' and 'I'm going to throw those armbands in the bin when we get home'. I'm so proud of myself Hmm

Thank you!

Bumperlicious · 27/08/2010 21:42

You just made it bunny:) Sent to everyone who has requested. If you haven't got it by tomorrow then I've missed you off the list so let me know.

If there is still interest I'll send again in a while, or if someone else can pass it on again that would be great.

Oh and a tip for when people are posting their addresses that I saw on another site is to post like this:

[email protected] so any automated email finder gets a fake email and it's easier to just cut the mnnospam rather than copying and pasting emails then deleting out various spaces, 'dots' and 'ats' etc.

Aw shucks, I missed it. If somebody else could share, it would be much appreciated.

mrspink27 · 27/08/2010 21:50

Thanks bumperlicious. Just got it!!! Will read and refresh my memory and then pass on to DH!

evremummy · 27/08/2010 22:43

I'd love one please as I've been a very shouty mummy recently. Email: evremummy @ hotmai.co.uk

Thank you
