Anyone had a experience of dyslexia and bilingualism; advice please

I read often that dyslexia is much more severe in some languages than others, you might find that someone is dyslexic in one language but not another. Like see this article.

My son is dyslexic in Italian so therefore the articles would indicate its more severe in English? Does that make sense?
