taxi firms with child car seats

does anyone know if some taxi firms have child car seats to rent? And if so how to find out which do? (short of ringing loads up and asking.) Thought there might be a website or something but I might be being optimistic..

This would be for a trip in bedfordshire but I'd like to know in general...

Alot now have car seats built into the armrest. Its a bit strange. You can request car seats or boosters though.
