Would you give a fifteen month old ice cubes?

DS used to have them (don't remember what age)

DH has been giving them to DD .. she loves them

I am having a crisis of confidence over whether its ok now .. is it??

hmm not sure i guess if they swallowed one by accident you could give them a warm drink and it'd be ok!

My friend yesterday was giving her 9 month old them . I wasn't at all tempted to try DS with one, but theres six months between ours so a big difference. No help at all really am I? Hows the meds things going? Could you freeze the meds?

Obviously I don't have a 15 month old now but I don't think it would have entered my head to give my kids one.

Maybe because I don't like sucking them myself and never have them in drinks either.

If your dd loves them what's the problem?

ds2 also loves ice chips, as long as they are the right soft of size & shape to not be a choking risk, i can't see a problem.
