Anyone seen the film closer

Just seen this and thought the ending was rather strange,maybe someome could enlighten me?

I have seen it but can't remember now!! Give me an idea of it and I'll try and remember if I agree with you!

Hi Flossam.-Well julia roberts goes back to her husband clive owen ,not sure why i thought she was in love with jude law.
Jude law then goes back with girlfriend natalie portman and she tells him she has slept with clive owen .She then leaves and goes back to america and he finds out her name wasa'nt alice after all but we find out she had confided her real name jane to clive owen.

Thought she was really in love with jude law so not sure why she left him and does the fact that she told clive owen her real name mean she really loved him!!!

Oh, confused now!! Just thought that she really wanted to be the one who left Jude as she liked to be in control. So she did. That's my take as for the name - god knows.

I saw it and got thoroughly fed up with them all swapping around and looking miserable. Although with Clive AND Jude to look at it was bearable

Didn't think muchof it although it was originaly a play rahther than a film, only watched to the end due to Clive Owen but great songtrack
