Anyone have experience of DHL or similar?

Bit of a strange one, but I need to send DH's passport to him in Antwerp asap. I can't find a number for DHL and I'm nervous about doing an on line collection arrangement.
Does anyone know if I phone them tomorrow morning, will they be able to collect tomorrow? Or are any other better companies such as Parcelforce? I just want it to get there by Tuesday!

I've used them, not for small things like a passport but for big boxes, and did it online. No problems at all. All collections and deliveries were within the stated timescales
