Dd got this Crystal Growing Kit for her birthday. We tried the 1st crystal about a week ago. We followed the instructions to the letter (neither dh or I being chemists ourselves).
Dd is eagerly checking the crystals every day.
Nothing is happenening. Well, a few crystals are forming on the bottom of the dish, but nothing on the rocks. The picture on the box is somewhat misleading, going on our experiences so far.
Could someone give me some tips to make the next one more successful?
Dd is SO enthusiastic about this project and I would really love it to work for her.
