does anyone have a magimix cuisine system 5100 with juicer???? i can't make mine work!

Sorry, mad question here, or at least I hope so.... I have been given a very beautiful swishy magimix cuisine system 5100 with 101 bits and pieces that apparently can do anything, including making fabulous juice (not just a citrus press). I have followed the straightforward instructions and cannot get it to do anything with the fruit apart from whirl it around at great speed, extracting no juice at all but instead setting up some gigantic centrifugal force which threatens to shimmy the entire kitchen down around our ears.
Please someone tell me that they have a well behaved version and that I just need to tweak my magimix management skills?!?!?!?!

I dispise it when I've followed the instructions, several times, and things still don't s*dding well work. Is it new - could there actually be a fault ith it?

Have to say, with me, it's usually the case that I've misinterpreted an instruction and someone else comes in, follows the same instructions and gets it to work. Grrrrr.

Give these people a try ,they know everything about Magimix
I think you need to push the fruit down the tube with the pusher first ??
