Just had fantastic service from Orchard Toys and wanted to tell you all as I so often hear about bad customer service on here.
We have one of their game (cock a dodle moo) that my DDs adore but it involves a cassette and our only working casette player has just given up the ghost. They now sell the game with a CD version. I phoned their customer services to see if I could buy a copy of the CD and she said she'll get back to me. Less than an hour later, I get a message saying they've found a copy and have posted it out to me this afternoon. Fantastic. No payment or anything.
I am a reasonably regular customer of theirs, but the lady on the phone didn't know that when I explained my problem. They're just fab!!
