dont need to, the message does not contain "I", thats how the portuguese speak. It will mean the same, but you say it... anything to help? Not can I do anything to help. Just let everyone sign at the bottom. Also the last line says thinging of you, not I am thinking of you.. hope it makes sense :-)

But doesn't the conjugation of 'posso fazer' indicate I can do? My Portugues is very rusty so I could be wrong, please don't ake offense Nickinha.
