Why do private gym changing rooms always have tats and fannies overload?

I never got this at the council run gym I used to go to

Now I'm no prude. I'm fine with a bit of nudity. I myself find it much easier to quickly flash my bits when getting changed rather than trying to struggle under a towel like I see some people doing. But I draw the line at putting one knee up on the chair so I can moisturise baring my fanjo for the world to see and sitting there in the buff drying and straightening my hair, applying 10 coats of foundation and 30 coats of mascara. What is wrong with at least putting your underwear on first?! It's not even always the ones with nice bodies who you imagine to be saying "Look at me!" in their head.
