Waterhouse Report: Lost in Care -anyone know who I can contact to discuss factual inaccuracies?

I was in the care of one of the people condemned in this report. I was in their care when they'd moved on to another post outside Wales. Their new post was mentioned in the report but the length of time they say the person was there for is wrong and the type of workplace they report them as being in is wrong. If these facts had been given correctly they might have considered investigating what this person had done beyond their time in Wales.

I'm wondering, is it possible to revisit a report that's 10 years old? Who would I speak to?

I am not sure, but I didn't want your post to go unanswered - and maybe by me bumping it, someone more knowledgeable will know.

Can you contact the writer of the report - a google search should do it. Or whoever does their job now.

Maybe your local MP could help...

Who commissioned the report? Was it the Dept of Health or Dept of Education? If so, I'd go to your MP and ask them to raise it (after the election, it'll be called tomorrow and they will obviously be focused on that).

Or you could go to the newspapers, the Guardian or Times might be interested and treat it seriously.
