Baby and toddler activities needed in Dorset/Somerset

I'd love to hear from anyone who lives in the Dorset/Somerset area about the activities they do with their babies/toddlers. Does anyone have any recommendations - baby gym classes, toddler music classes etc? I'm finding it very difficult to find anything organised to do with my 18 month old apart from swimming - which she hates! I don't live near enough to Bristol or Bath to take advantage of all the things on offer there unfortunately.

Hi Rozzy - I live near Sherborne which isn't exactly a big town! I've finally discovered a mother and toddler group near me, but of course its just finished for the summer. I went to the library and asked if they had any information and they looked at me as though I was from the planet Zog. How long have you lived down here?

Jollymum here

I run my own business called Music with Mummy and Jolly Babies, which is specially designed for little ones three years and under (right from birth). There are agents all over the country so if you would like any more info on it (and there is an agent in Dorset) give me a ring on 0121-744-5117 and I'll be happy to give you some more info!

We're holidaying in Minehead shortly. Does anyone local have any recommendations of things to do, particularly if it's wet? Is there one of those indoor soft play places in the area? (2 and 4 yr old) Thanks
