MSN Question - Can I delete some of the tabs on my account ?

When the messenger window appears on my pc I have loads of tabs running down the left hand side. Mainly stuff I don't need or use - msn dating/personals, national lotery etc etc. Can I delete them ? Looked in 'Help' and all it could help me with was re-arranging them
