It would be much better to build an indoor heated one, you'd use it much more. I would, anyway.

Not me! Pools are the biggest PITA. We lived in several houses with them. You have all the neighbourhood kids coming over - even uninvited. And your homeowner's insurance goes through the roof b/c you have to be covered against accidental drownings or injuries, even if the 'guest' was uninvited. They're a pain to maintain. Yuk. My mum was glad to see the back of those.

Now a jacuzzi would be very, very nice indeed.

My folks have an outdoor jacuzzi and it's sooooo nice.
