hi just wondering if there were any mums from devon here would be nice to talk to others in the area

We are in Heywood, between both towns, moved here from Trowbridge last year. Which school do you work in?

i am in ashburton in devon

i work at Pynes in the nursery should be going back in november

yeah and i know seaton dont think i've been there but the name rings a bell!

Im near Croyde...North Devon

wow i never thought when i started this thread that there would be anyone from devon let alone north dev where i am from croyde is such a lovely place your v lucky, i'm from near westward ho!

i went to college in seaton and took my boat on the river there

aaliyahamum, Ashburton is that where the caravan sales place it. we buy tents and equipment from there.

i used to live in devon as a child, now london. prefer devon any day.

Not quite at school age yet, DD1 starts in September.

hercules what part of devon did you live in? i used to wanna live in London when i was younger but really appriciate it here now i have a dd

Don't live in that area any more, but North Devon had lots of branches of the Charity HomeStart, they often run family groups and would have a list of others available if that would help? They have a website which will give you their contact number, the secretary should be able to point you straight towards your nearest mums and toddler group

Exchanged contracts on our dream house yesterday so we are off to wonderful Devon at the end of August, can't wait.

Sorry only just remembered this thread. We are off to Seaton, near Lyme Regis, moving on Wednesday. Have a fab six bed house with sea views so I'm a very lucky, happy bunny! Oh and to top it off dp proposed on my birthday!

Oh concratulations thats fantastic i'm so pleased for you, my dp was meant to propose christmas day but couldn't wait and proposed christmas eve!! it's good to see romance is not gone from all men
