Got another veiwing today at 12...got let down by one monday first one offered in diff area and last one said house was too open!!!!..sorry will but up some more walls!!!i thought people wanted space these days???

so this woman is first time buyer and is getting mortgage advice from my estate agents!

just getting disheartend now as we cant put offers on anything wee like until we have the ball rolling on our own..

Evesmama - tip dont look before you have a good offer on your own with someone who can proceed - even if they have an Agreement in Principle {AIP} from a mortgage advisor, this does not mean they will automatically get a mortgage, until they have actually applied for one. There are so many propertys on the market at the moment it really is a buyers market, 1st time buyers are far and few between, most are chains and these tend to tummble a lot easier these days due to a new search called an enviromental search, it scares a lot of buyers off...hope something happens soon for you..
