Tiscali UK - anyone have a UK telephone number for them ?

Have an issue with Tiscali , been going on since summer. I really need to speak with someone at UK headoffice before I start taking the matter further. I only have number for call centre in Phillipines and when I request that someone from UK calls me back to resolve the issue , they dont.

Thanks but I have already used that number and it just gets through to their call centre in Philipines . I would like to talk to someone at Head office , not in acall center the other side of the world .

I am exremely frustrated with Tiscali and have jsut drafted a letter of complaint to them on advice from OFCOM.

Calla centre in Phillipines dosen't have a number for Uk office and Tiscalis address in UK is a PO BOX number , so directory enquires no good.

or try talk talk as they now own Tiscali

My mother has had endless problems with them and can only ever get through to call centres abroad.
The only UK number appears to be to sell you the "service" in the first place.
She has spent a fortune on her mobile calling wherever it is to speak to them.

Bizarrely I have now switched to talktalk who may be no better! Alright so far though

I found when phoning tiscali sometimes I got someone overseas sometimes Uk - luck of the draw same as with BT

Laura - talktalk have taken over Tiscali I beleive.

We left tiscali because they were so crap. Have you tried searching saynoto0870.com as they give alternative (usually landline) numbers for lots of 0870 numbers. Good luck.
