Midwives/medical people etc... New baby's notes are wrong! How much of an issue??

I got DD2's notes given back today (they took them away yesterday for some reason...). Printed "maternity case summary" attached with all the weight, birth etc details.

According to that DD2 is Male

Her handwritten notes bit has female circled etc.

It will be as simple as just changing a computer entry and reprinting won't it...?

Call the hospital and ask them to reissue them and post them to you. Won't be a problem.

BTW bet they ask you 'are you sure' when you call them

They are changing it on paper and on the system - she said registering her birth could get complicated unless it is changed as it would take one jobsworth to make it hell
