I just want something that is like a cardigan only a bit more weatherproof. Have been all over Brent Cross today (yucky shopping centre) but as there were no decent fleeces I was forced to buy lots of other stuff {grin]

Ds is 7 months so am still at the dressing-very-practically stage!!

Try a camping/outdoors shop. They will have them year round.

I have a lovely cashmere one that I bought last year. I wore it to the fair a few weeks ago and was just waiting for someone to kick me out for being a yob.

have you tried sports world,i got my dh a fleece in there for 10.00.

fleece's are lovely. I just think hoodies are intimidating.

However, local markets usually do good fleeces/hoodies although being June not sure if many will be around.
