Please help me find my tom-tom using your special powers *Reward*

I took it out of my handbag as I didn't need it, to save weight on a Ryanair (boo) weekend away.

Haven't seen it since. Looked in all sensible and stupid places.

Cannot bear to think our cleaner took it. She's lovely and the best we've ever had.

Thought my Mum could have accidentally thrown it in the rubbish or recycling but I've been all through both (yuk) and it's not there.

No-one else has been in house. If a burglar, strange one who left a mobile, a handbag and three laptops untouched.

I'm in awe at the Power of Mumsnet.

Found it. Not while looking for it, but while driving my Mum to the doctor. In a place I'd looked before - the car.

It had slipped down the door side of the passenger seat and was wedged in a dark crevice. Now I think of it, my phone sometimes does that too.

(am very pleased for you btw - I was so concerned about losing mine in the house that I left it in the car deliberately. Where it got nicked!)
