I was recently bamboozled by a man on the phone who caught me off guard and persuaded me to advertise in a local crime prevention magazine. I agreed because it was a reasonable enough rate and we are a new company. Howver, when I received correspondence from them, I noticed they spelled their name 'Millenium' (i.e, wrongly) and started to wonder if it's a scam. I googled the name, but only came back with an American Company, not related to this. They have pestered me rather alot on the phone and I'm having doubts about their legitimacy. Anyone else ever heard of/dealt with them? I can scarcely afford to lose £135 on an advert that may not be real.
