Phobia of illness... (name of)

If someone had a phobia of illness ie if they get a sore throat therefore it must be throat cancer etc what would you call that?

Trying to look up information on the internet but not sure of the name of it.

Looks like severe hypochondria?

Or hypochondriasis?

I did wonder if it was a form of hypochondria but as this person usually does have something wrong with wasn't sure if that was the correct term.

lol, fear of long words is an unbelievably long word.
