oh was it my next door neighbour?- she sprays the trampoline in their garden with dettol disinfectant spray before the kids are allowed on it - had a fit when i took them out to a farm and they had cow poo on them when we returned [evil]

Maybe she has a germ phobia or something?

I remember when my (normally lovely and totally sane) cousin wiped her baby's hands with a disinfectant wipe because they'd inadvertantly come into contact with my dd's (very clean) bare feet. Bless.

Maybe there was bird poo on the swing?

I would clean it off too first if I had a wipe on me.

If the bird poo was dry I would let my child sit on it, I think.

My friend stunned me when on a picnic she produced her flash wipes!!!!!

She carries them everywhere and uses tons of them she also uses the spray with kitchen roll I do torment her and call her Mrs Flashwipe.

wasn't me that time, but I suffered terrible OCD after my DD was born, and on the VERY rare occasions I ventured out, I was ofter to be seen anti-bac-ing ( not a word, I know!) everything!

To my shame, I even refused to let my HV in once, after asking her if she had visited anyone else that morning! [cringe]
