Do you know of a company that has a 'different' (i.e. not cut-throat, traditionally 'masculine') approach to business?

I'm doing some research for my work and would love to get names/ details of any such company.

Thanks in advance!

I've got to post about Lakeland who in my mind are not cut throat/masculine in the business world and are for the customers rather than anyone else as there are no shareholders and it is still a family run business.

I can't rate them high enough and I work for them. They really do listen to customer comments and try to improve and offer a very high standard of service, all staff are hand picked for their high standards and quality of service, customer focus and niceness.

On our training when I started working for the company one of the directors came to talk to us and the policy is that who ever you talk to from the top to the bottom will help you in whatever you ask.
