Can anyone tell me the cheapest way to call NZ?

For various reasons I don't want to Skype so does anyone know the cheapest way to call NZ from my home phone (I"m going to be calling my darling friend there regularly).

I use Asda calltime to phone Australia and find it really cheap. You put credit on your account so the calls don't get charged on your phone bill. No nasty surprises, it gives you your balance each time you use it.

we use 18866 to ring NZ it is 2p per minutes plus a 3p connection fee.

Have a look at Telestunt

I call Australia with them and it's 1p a minute.

Looks like NZ is also 1p a minute.
