When you get those free magazines or catalogues in the post that you don't want, that are wrapped in plastic, should you take plastic off before putting it with the recycling?

yes

yes they should be removed I have a plastic recycle bin and throw that in there... dc love the recycling and one is in charge of each paper/plastic for a week and then the swap over...
