how do i find out infor about a hospital??

I need to find out some information about the maternity services in a couple of hospitals
eg neonatal units, etc.

Is there a central NHS website ??

Do you know I work in the NHS and I'm not sure! Not something I ever look at I guess. There probably is, and I think each Trust has its own. Mine does anyway. Try googling the hospital you want to look up.

not sure but you could start a thread on each hospital and see if anyone here knows anything

Perhaps www.birthchoiceuk.com/ will help - loads of stats on different facilities, % cs etc. etc.

To get details on any hospital start with www.nhs.uk and search, and you can get waiting list info etc there too, but drfoster will prob be more useful. HTH
